Luciana Paoluzzi grew up at home in Rome with her parents. Luciana Paoluzzi's father is an Italian Army officer. Maria Rota Paoluzzi's mother is an ex-love interest to Benito Mussolini. She then studied Naval Engineering at the Scientific Academy of Milan. She was the sole woman in her class. After two years of modeling, she was offered a role in Three Coins in the Fountain.
