Ani Difranco

Angela Maria Ani DiFranco, is a singer-songwriter and Canadian American. She's released over 20 albums. DiFranco has released more than 20 albums. Ani diFranco was the first musician to start her own record company in 1990. Ani is widely considered as one of the feminist icons. DiFranco was the child of Elizabeth (Ross), and Dante Americo DiFranco. They were introduced at their school, the Massachusetts Institute of Technology. Her mother was born in Montreal as is her father, who is Italian descent. Ani Difrasco wrote and recorded the song "32 Flavors". This song appears on her album Not a Pretty Girl released in 1995. A variation of the track is included on the movie soundtrack of the 1999 Canadian love story Better Than Chocolate. DiFranco apologized to host a seminar in Louisiana on an old slave plantation. It was called off, but certain (including the newspaper) failed to think it was a sign of regret. DiFranco offered a second apology several days after. Little Folksinger is an artist who has performed with artists ranging from Pete Seeger, Chuck D and Prince. New Orleans is where she lives. Ani DiFranco lives with Kristen Ford. When she was 14, she had begun creating her own music. They performed in coffeehouses and bars throughout her teenage years. DiFranco went to Buffalo State College after graduating aged 16 from the Buffalo Academy for Visual and Performing Arts. She then had even more acclaim and popularity with Dilate in 1996. From the debut album Looking Glass, Brandy is an 1972 American pop song from the year 1972.
