Ariel Khadr
Ariel Khadr has been a sponsored athlete and IFBB Fitness Pro model since 2007. Following her decision to quit gymnastics, she began to compete in fitness contests at the age of was 16 years old. The Pro Card was granted a year later, at the age of 17. Ariel Khadr was an IFBB Fitness Pro participant, model, and a sponsored athlete. She began competing in fitness events after deciding to end the gymnastics she had been doing in her youth. Within a single year, she obtained her professional license aged 17. IFBB Pro to date, Ariel is now one of the most youthful IFBB Pro. Ariel left the stage for six years to complete college. Her return to competition in 2015 continued her previous efforts, wherein she participated in events of the highest level such as Mr. Olympia or the Toronto Pro Supershow. The contest continued after her initial show for several years, setting bigger goals each year. By 2009, she'd been awarded four fitness awards. In 2009 she won her NPC Team Universe Fitness Nationals Champion. She was the smallest IFBB Fitness Pro ever (aged just 17). Ariel completed her first six years of competing to obtain her college diploma. The first time she competed professionally with IFBB was at the Phoenix Europa Games in 2015. Phoenix Europa Games in October 2015. She came in third at the event. In June of 2016, she won the winner of the IFBB Toronto Pro Supershow, and thus qualified to the Fitness Olympia. She walked out on stage three month later and came home with 6th place within the Fitness Division. Ariel admitted that she did not have any expectation prior to that and was proud of the result. In light of the fact that she had to compete against best of the best. Ariel is always awe-inspiring, bringing improvements to her physique each year. Ariel is a fan of working out her back. It is where she usually performs bent over rows, single arm lats pull-downs (on a machine) as well as pull-ups, and sitting rowing. Her usual routine is to warm up before moving on to the work outs. Ariel will also make the most of her time. Ariel achieves this by performing supersettings to all her back exercises. This involves three to four sets of 10-12 repetitions.
